A couple of us headed down to the magnificent sea cliffs on the Garden Route coastline near Herold's Bay, to shoot pics of the full moon rising Alas, some heavy cloud cover in the east pretty much ruled that out but we did shoot a bunch of other stuff as well.
The fynbos in places was lovely and the heavy ocean swell produced some impressive splashes as the waves crashed into the rocks. As the light faded we were able to shoot some very long exposures, creating lovely blurred effects on the water.
We'll try again next month to see if we can improve on the moonrise pics.
